Dear customers,
Two new features are now available on your Energiency platform to help you go even further in analyzing and adding value to your data: integrated unit conversion and P-Value.
🔎 More legible formulas for more accessible performance: integrated unit conversion.
Combining several counters with different units to create a widget, an action plan or an alert used to complicate your formulas (manual conversions, lengthy formulas, risk of error, etc.). That's why we're launching a new enhancement to the platform 👉 unit conversion integrated into formulas.
Each time you add a counter to a formula, you'll now see :
The unit of the counter (set by default beforehand)
A drop-down menu to choose the set of conversions available from this unit

📊 Better understand the reliability of your predictions with P-Value
To help you judge the quality of your prediction curves at a glance, we've integrated a new statistical indicator into the platform: the P-Value (Probability value).
👉 This is a value between 0 and 1, which measures the probability that the relationship between two variables (for example, outdoor temperature and specific consumption) is due to chance.
In the point cloud widget :
A P-Value <0.05 indicates that the relationship between the variables is statistically significant. You can have confidence in the trend line displayed: it is highly unlikely to be due to random phenomena.
A P-Value >0.05 means that there is more uncertainty: there is a non-negligible probability that the relationship observed is not really significant, and is simply due to chance in the data.
💡 This indicator is only displayed for linear regression models.

Better decision-making, by quickly spotting predictions with variable reliability.
These functions are already available in your Energiency platform. Talk to your Energy Manager to optimize your analyses.
