Discover the new completeness indicator (%) integrated into the platform

Dear customers,

An energy performance strategy can only be based on reliable data. That's why we're launching an innovative and essential new feature: the automatic calculation of data completeness.

When a meter fails to transmit data - even temporarily - the resulting analysis can be misleading: underestimated consumption, biased indicators, false alarms... All risks that can impact your decisions.

With the new completeness indicator (%) integrated into the platform, you now have a clear idea, for each meter and each period, of whether you have a complete, partial or unusable historical data. This indicator is updated automatically, without any action on your part.
