View an alert

View the list of alerts

To display the list of alerts, click on "Alerts" in the left-hand navigation bar. All current Alerts can be found there. As soon as the meters meet a user-defined condition, they appear as a red circle.

Filter by alert type

A tabbed bar displays alerts classified according to certain options:

• "Ongoing", which displays alerts for meters that currently meet the conditions. This list is updated every 3 minutes
• "All", which displays all alerts, which can be organised in a hierarchical structure (folders)
• "Historical", which displays alerts within a user-defined time period

Choose view type (Tree/Grid)

Two view types are available for viewing alert configurations in the "All" tab.

To change the view type, click on the view selector in the toolbar above the Alerts list:

• "Treeview" displays Alerts organised hierarchically, in a tree of user-defined folders.
• "Grid" displays all alert configurations flat.

Filter by name

The text input field can be used to filter the list of alerts by name.

Choose the columns to display

On the right it's possible to "Select the columns displayed"

The columns to be displayed are:

• Name
• Condition
• Description
• Start date
• End date
• Duration

Sort alerts

On the right it is possible to "Select sorting" of the columns displayed.

Alerts can be sorted by:

• Name
• Condition
• Description
• Start date
• End date
• Duration

Export alert history

In the history tab, the button allows you to export a list of alerts produced during the selected time period in CSV format.
