Dashboards are pages for visualising meter data using various data visualisation elements (graphs, tables, text boxes, etc). These dashboards are fully customisable and can be organised in a folder tree.

To access the dashboards, click on the "Dashboards" menu in the left-hand navigation bar. Here you will find all the published Dashboards, as well as Dashboards in draft mode, created by the current user.

At the top of the page, click on the "New dashboard" button to add, as desired:

• a new dashboard;
• a new dashboard created from a template;
• a new folder in the dashboard tree;

Create a dashboard

"Create a dashboard" allows you to create a new blank dashboard. It will be generated without any widgets. In the "Add a dashboard" creation form that appears, you need to define:

• the name of the dashboard;
• its description (optional), to provide additional information (explain what it's used for, for example);
• its parent folder in the tree structure (optional). If the dashboard is created from the Tree view, the parent folder defaults to the selected folder.
• its publication mode, i.e. its visibility (Draft - visible to the creator only - or Public - visible to all logged-in users with read access to the parent folder).

These various parameters can be modified later.

Click "Add" to create the dashboard.

Create a dashboard from a template

The "Create a dashboard from a template" action allows you to create a dashboard, created from another dashboard previously defined as a template (templates being visible in the "Templates" tab). In the creation form, you can define:

• the name of the dashboard;
• its description, to explain what its use is, for example;
• its parent folder in the tree structure. If the dashboard is created from the Tree view, the parent folder defaults to the selected folder.
• the dashboard template;
• if the template contains variables, it is possible to define the values of these variables directly in the form.

These various parameters can be modified later.

Click "Add" to create the dashboard.

Create a folder

The "Create a folder" action is used to create a new folder in the dashboard tree. A folder can contain dashboards but also other folders. In the creation form, you can define:

• the name of the folder
• its description
• its parent folder in the tree. If the folder is created from the Treeview, the parent folder defaults to the selected folder.

Click "Add" to create the folder.

Duplicate a dashboard

It is also possible to duplicate an existing dashboard.

In the Arborescence view, on hovering the mouse cursor over the name of a dashboard, a button appears. Click on it to bring up a menu of actions. Click "Duplicate" to create a new table from it.

In the same way, in the Grid view, click on the button to choose the "Duplicate" action.
