We are thrilled to have you on board, and wish you a lot of energy savings. ⚡️🎉
To begin your adventure towards mastering your energy data, here are a few steps you can take :
- Watch the Reader video presentation
- Discover our user interface principles
- Find some useful video resources in our Webinar section
- Read the presentation of our different pages
Reader video presentation
This is a short presentation of the platform’s functionalities for a “Reader” to get you started and discover the main functionalities of your new tool.
Webinars
In addition to the various articles in the user guide, we produce webinars to allow you to master certain features 100%. You will find the webinar section here (section in French but english subtitles are available on videos).
User interface principles
The application's user interface is split into 3 parts:
-
The first section is the content of the page, and provides access to the various dashboards that have been created on the platform. It is possible to organise these dashboards into different folders, which can be found using the tree view.
-
The navigation menu, which provides access to the various pages of the application;
-
The toolbar. By clicking on the user name, a menu provides access to the user's configuration. By clicking on the question mark, it is possible to access documentation or send a message to the support team.
Pages of the application
Dashboards: dashboards (dashboards) are pages, customisable using widgets, that display data using different visualisations (graphs, tables, text...). This page allows you to organise and access your dashboards.
Reports: reports are regular captures (every day, every week, etc.) of certain dashboards. They can be emailed automatically. This page lists reports that have been generated, already sent or not.
Alerts: alerts can be defined to notify users by email when certain conditions are verified (a consumption meter exceeds a given threshold, for example).
Action plan: the action plan is a monitoring tool for entering improvement actions to be carried out to improve energy performance.
Meters: the meters represent the data flows injected into the application, as well as dynamically calculated data. This page is used to organise and parameterise all these data streams.
Imports: this page is used to view the history of data imports into the application. It is also possible to manually import data files, or create import alerts.
Users: this page is used to view and modify the list of users.
Activity log: this page is used to view the history of actions performed by users in the application.
Documents: documents are files (images, PDF, ...) sent to the application. This page allows you to view them, add them or organise them.
Settings: this page allows administrators to set the application parameters (graphics options, units, security...).
