View a document

View the list of documents

To display the list of documents, click on "Documents" in the left-hand navigation bar. All the documents can be found there.

Choose the type of view (Tree/Grid)

Two types of view are available for viewing documents:

• The "Tree" button displays documents organised hierarchically, in a tree of user-defined folders.
• The "Grid" button displays all documents flat.

Viewing a document

To open a document, click on its name in the Documents page. The document will then be displayed:
