The "Alert" tab in the "Imports" menu allows you to view the list of import alerts, which allows you to be warned if no file is received after a certain period.
Import alerts are to be distinguished from the data value alerts present in the "Alerts" tab and for which you are warned if an energy data criterion is exceeded (example: a gas flow rate in m3/h that exceeds the defined alert threshold). Here, the Import alerts are only related to the non-receipt of the file containing one or more meters in the platform.
To view an import alert, access the "Alerts" tab in the "Import" menu and then click on the alert you wish to view (Example here with the "Electricity" alert), a window then appears on the right:
Here is the list of attributes for an import alert:
- the name of the alert (optional);
- the pattern, which is used to detect via the filename the type of file targeted (the % character placed before a string is used to ignore any character before that string and the % character placed after a string is used to ignore any character placed after it).
- his timezone.
- his activation delay, i.e. the minimum duration for which non-receipt of the desired file type activates the alert and triggers an automatic email to be sent.
- the user recipients of the platform who will be notified by email when the alert is activated.
- the emails of any non-user recipients of the platform who will be notified when the alert is activated.
If at least one alert is active, red indicators will be present in the menu column and on the "Alerts" tab of the "Imports" menu, and the active alert(s) have a red logo surrounding an exclamation mark:
If no alert is active, the indicators will be green :
