Create a report

Reports are instances of Dashboards intended to be commented on, exported in PDF format and sent by email.

They allow you to receive your dashboards regularly (at the desired frequency) with the latest data received.

These reports are created automatically, from the moment you activate the "Generate reports automatically" option (cf. Transform a dashboard into a report template).

A report is characterised by:

• the dashboard from which it came (name of the section in the Reports page)
• a time range (the start and end of the dataset used to create it), displayed at the start of the report line
• a send date, displayed at the end of the report line
• a status "Report expected" or "Report sent"
