Create a task

Tasks are used to break down the action to be carried out into sub-actions. They are assigned to collaborators. This allows you to monitor progress and manage the project efficiently. It's a project management tool integrated into the platform.

The status of tasks allows you to calculate the progress of the action.

To create a task, click on "Add a task"

Once the task has been created, you can define:

• the status, (idea, in progress, terminated, pause, cancelled)
• the due date, date by which the task must be completed
• the complexity, to assess the time associated with this task
• and to the right of the banner, you can define the collaborator in charge of the task
